1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping within India and to selected international destinations. International shipping availability depends on destination country, courier service availability, and publisher fulfilment for specific titles.2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping — IndiaStandard shipping is free for orders above ₹500.A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.
Express shipping may attract additional charges based on location and weight.
International ShippingInternational shipping charges vary by destination, weight, and selected courier service. Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer and we will notify customers where possible.4. Estimated Delivery Times

5. Tracking Orders
After dispatch, customers receive email or SMS tracking details. If tracking is not received within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at sales@unboundscript.com.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Failed Delivery and Reattempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery. If a package is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
